This is the very first volume of Blockbuster Health By Dr Sharad Kulkarni. I've read both of the books and I'm equally impressed with the choice of topic and way of narration of Author.
The first book is solely about a healthy diet & importance of certain vitamins, minerals in maintaining a healthy body. While the other book deals with different exercises, way of doing different exercises, maintaining mindfulness and many more.
In the first Volume author narrates source of vitamins, how to choose a balanced diet, how well it refers to certain conditions, essential bases of vitamins and most specifically how important being hydrated is. Author answers every small and complex question with extreme simplicity and in grasp-able way.
The book is eye opener for them who is referring social media advices and seeking suggestions from experts or experienced.
